Joe Demalderis

Joe is a resident of Pike County, Pennsylvania and Hale Eddy, NY which places him at both the very south and very north ends of the Upper Delaware River.

Joe spent 17 years in the financial services industry receiving several awards for customer service and business growth. He started his current guiding and outfitting business in the early 90’s and became an Orvis Endorsed Fly Fishing Guide in 1997 leading to being named The Orvis Endorsed Fly Fishing Guide of the Year in 2010. His current business sees him traveling to the western US and South America where he hosts and arranges fishing destinations for his clients. Joe also frequents the saltwater as a licensed charter captain guiding from his 23′ center console.

Joe and his wife Elise have raised their two children on the Upper Delaware River and he welcomes the challenge of working to preserve this national treasure for future generations.
