Theresa Allen

Theresa Allen is a life long resident of Hancock, NY, and she was raised on the banks of the Delaware River. She graduated from Hancock Central School, and has been the owner of the Hancock Liquor Store since 1995.

Theresa is President of the Upper Delaware River Business Coalition, and has served on the Delaware County Tourism Advisory Board. She is a member of the Hancock Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Hancock Gateway Tourism Council, and a member of the Upper Delaware Tailwaters Coalition.

Theresa is always striving to bring life back into Hancock and believes the Delaware River is the heart of Hancock, NY.
